What documents do I need?
A selfie / passport photo of yourself, front and back of your IC, bank account details and an active baking social-media profile.
How long does verification take?
Usually 1–3 working days after all required documents are submitted clearly.
Will customers see my documents?
No. Your identity documents are never displayed publicly.
What happens if my application is rejected?
Bakelova may ask for clearer documents or more information. You can submit the required details again.
